Heavy-duty earthing clamps with retracting cable reels are an alternative to using retractable Cen-Stat™ spiral cable, often specified for locations where it is important to ensure process operators stow earthing clamps correctly for good housekeeping purposes when not in use.

Newson Gale’s R-series of static earthing reels features Hytrel® cable housed on an automatically retractable cable reel. Cen-Stat™ cables, made from Hytrel®, combine the flexibility of rubber with the strength and process versatility of thermoplastics.
