Hazardous Area Certified Multimeter 

The Intrinsically Safe certified Multimeter provides
engineers and technicians with a safe means of
reading and recording a wide range of electrical data within hazardous areas.

The meter is particularly useful with Newson Gale’s
range of earthing clamps to measure the
resistance of their connections between equipment at
risk of static charge accumulation and site approved
earthing points.

Regular resistance readings ensure the clamps are
penetrating layers of coatings, rust or product
deposits, that may otherwise inhibit the safe transfer
of static charges to earth.
